Trigger Window is operated by Matheus Mello (Doozle), Portugal. By using this website or the Trigger Window app, you agree to these terms.
What Trigger Window is not
Trigger Window is a personal logging and reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, does not recommend medications or doses, and is not a substitute for your clinic. Always follow the protocol your clinic gives you. If the app and your clinic disagree, your clinic is right.
It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It makes no claims about treatment outcomes or success rates. Every value it displays is a value you entered.
Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee
The app schedules reminders on your device. Notifications can fail for reasons outside our control — the device is off, notifications are disabled, the operating system delays or suppresses them, the battery is dead, the clock or timezone is wrong. Do not rely on Trigger Window as your only reminder for a time-critical injection. Keep the alarms your clinic told you to set.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for following your clinic’s instructions. Any calculation the app performs — syringe units from a reconstitution, a projected run-out date, a countdown — is arithmetic applied to numbers you supplied. Check it. The app shows its working so that you can.
Your data
Your cycle data is yours. You can export it and delete it at any time. See our privacy policy.
Subscriptions
The app has not launched and no subscription is currently sold. When it does, payment, renewal and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, and pricing and renewal details will be shown before you purchase.
Liability
Trigger Window is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including any loss connected to a missed, mistimed or incorrectly recorded dose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
